Welcome to the Top Gun Products page. Below is a brief outline of
our policies regarding firearms transfers, shipping, customer service, payment, and
privacy. Firearms Orders: We comply with all federal
and state firearms laws. Under no circumstances will we ship any firearm to an
individual, only to an FFL dealer in your area. That dealer will then handle the transfer
of the firearm to you according to the law in your state. He may also charge a small
fee to prepare the paperwork, and, if required, to do a background check. If you
live in CA and are near enough to the northern Los Angeles County area to personally come
to our office, we will handle the background check, paperwork, and transfer here.
Other Products: All products not classified as a firearm
will be shipped directly to the customer.
Price Quotes: We invite your inquiry for price and
availability on any product not listed on our web site, so don't hesitate to ask.
We'll be glad to check on it and e-mail you a response as quickly as
possible.
Shipping: Unless expedited shipping is requested by the
customer, most items will be shipped by UPS ground or Priority Mail, depending on the size
and weight. We will advise you of the estimated shipping charges at the time of your
order.
Sales Tax: All orders shipped to any location in CA must be
charged the L.A. County sales tax rate of 8.25%. No sales tax is charged on
out-of-state orders.
Payment: We currently only accept money orders, cashiers
checks, and personal checks. Personal checks are, of course, subject to approval,
and will delay shipment until the check has cleared.
Privacy: We are committed to protecting your privacy.
This means that we will not disclose anything about you to anyone without
your permission.
